The Cornmill is a grade 2 listed building in Malton North Yorkshire. This apartment complex had been difficult to manage for its previous owner for numerous reasons including anti social behaviour and drug use. They were were in much need of refurbishment and intensive housing management.
The initial renovation and refurbishment of these buildings was completed in 2007 and they now provide safe and secure modern apartment living for up to 40 people.
The Clients now have access to an On-Site Support Office, Drop-In Service a as well as small training kitchen for one to one or paired cooking sessions, breakfast club, activities and community coffee afternoons.
