Greaves Street apartments where heavily vandalised and a target for anti-social behaviour and drug use. Impact bought the block and with the help of volunteers and skilled workers we fully renovated the building to a high standard.
This development offers people the chance to live independently in one or two bedroom apartments.

Working closely with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, we provide people in mental health crisis, including those misusing drugs and alcohol and those being discharged from psychiatric units, with a safe, stable, comfortable home and personalised support programmes. The stability of having a tenancy first enables our clients to address their issues while we encourage them to engage with mental health services, drug and alcohol support as well as participate in volunteering and training opportunities through Impact Living and within the local community.
The Greaves Street scheme in particular has shown how effective this approach is, incorporating key factors, including:Home Living; providing affordable, self-contained, furnished and refurbished energy efficient flats, with 24/7 emergency on-call support service, secure communal entrance, communal garden and sheltered smoking seating area, car park, CCTV and Housing Based support in setting up income and utilities, budget plans, meal planning, monitoring hygiene and access to local community amenities.
