Selection and Acceptance Requirements

• The applicant must be between 16 and 30 years old.
• The applicant must have identifiable general support needs.
• The applicant must show a commitment to comply with a tenancy agreement/support contract in conjunction with Impact's policies and procedures.
• Attend support visitations/planning meetings when required.
• Prioritisation will be given to applicants whose level of support needs/urgency of application is most suitable to the resources available to Impact at that time.
• Impact Living will not accept applicants who have been charged or convicted of a sexual offence.
• Impact Living will not accept applicants with a history of violence or a history of arson.
• Applicants with previous rent arrears to Impact or another housing provider or financial debts will have to demonstrate an ongoing effort to repay any arrears before they would be accepted for accommodation.
• Any information provided for the application will be treated with the strictest confidence.
